Shipping and Returns Shipping Information Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2PM EST, paid with credit card without complication. We currently ship by UPS and provide variety of shipping options you can choose from. The most inexpensive way to ship is by UPS Ground and you have FREE UPS Ground SHIPPING for any order over $74.99 All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS. Wowspicy.com is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.    Changed, canceled and returned orders  Orders can be adjusted or changed providing the adjustment is done the same day prior to 2:00 Eastern Standard time. After this time order can not be changed or cancelled from shipping out of the warehouse. Orders that are cancelled that have not been shipped are assessed a non negotiable 5% cancellation fee. Orders can also be cancelled after they have shipped. In this event the order is subject to a non negotiable 15% cancellation fee as well as the cost of the shipping. The return must be in unopened perfect cartons and orders dated within 14 days from the date on the original receipt. A non negotiable 15% Re-stocking fee is assessed for returns along with the shipping cost. In the event the product needs to ship back to us, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are given after the product has been received by the warehouse in good resell able condition. Please package returns carefully so they arrive in safe condition.
